The Cave is our team training facility located on West Campus. This is where we store all of our equipment and host our team training sessions. The Cave is more than just a storage place, but rather a place where our team comes together. This is where we laugh, commiserate, push each other to be better, and form life-long relationships. 

 

This Cave is what has made Villanova Cycling into the powerhouse program it is. It is an opportunity for us to be amongst friends and teammates in an environment that only we have access to, an environment where we can be who we are, an environment where we can strive to be better

 

The Cave might not be state-of-the-art, but I'll be damned if it doesn't get the job done. Because even after we've finished spinning for the night and all the sweat has dropped and the music is turned down, we linger here to talk about the future of the team, our own futures, or sometimes we don't talk about anything, but instead just sit and appreciate the quiet, the hard earned quiet that follows an amazing spin.
